If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date, with proof of purchase. All sale and as-is items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
Furniture or other large items cannot be returned at any store location. If large items require picked up from your home, you will be charged a pickup fee. Pickup fee depends on your location and the items being picked up and can be quoted prior to the pick up date.
Upon return, your item will be inspected. An in-store credit or refund, whichever applicable, will be processed.
Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage.
DTH reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or use by the client.
Custom orders begin production immediately upon order placement and are built to your specifications. As a result, the item(s) cannot be canceled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. For custom order items, full price is paid when the order is placed.
Anything ordered that is not in our inventory, is considered a special order. Special orders can be canceled or returned but will incur 25% special order fee.

Returns are not accepted on pillows, comforter sets, or other bedding products not in the original package.
For all orders that are canceled prior to item shipping, no delivery fee will be charged.
